Warehouse

Rhea wiped her forehead with her sleeved and Laughed, sitting down next to Danielle
"You may be right there,"

"So... you done anything with him yet?" she asked, nudging her playfully.

"You mean like kiss?" Rhea asked, "He's kissed me on the cheek once but other then that i think he's only seen me as a friend,"

"Ha, that's farther then what I've done." she said and smiled, looking at her, the little love puppy. "Wonder who he'll end up with." she wondered to herself, leaning her head back against the wall and closing her eyes with a smile.

Rhea laughed,
"Yeah, i dunno," Rhea mumbled, "Any guy caught your eye?"

"I'm not lookin' for anybody right now..." she replied, sighing...her wounds were acting up with all the work. She breathed out sharply and rubbed her neck.

"Uh...Are you okay?" Rhea asked worriedly

"I'm alright..." she replied, giving her a small forced smiled. "What do you like best about him?

Rhea sat back again but kepts looking at Danielle incase her pain got worse.
"Uh, since we met hes always been there for me, even when he wasn't the leader of this village he took me under his wing,"

"Seems like he's just a sort of protective person." she answered. "He has a good heart, definitely. He just isn't sure who to express it with yet."

Rhea sat back, and sighed,
"I guess," Rhea said

Danielle was about to answer when the scars on her back and neck throbbed. "Ahh..." she said through gritted teeth. She cursed, putting a hand on her back, ~Danielle?!?~ Alec cried frantic, ~I don't know why it's happening! They haven't bothered me for months!~ Her vision faded...

Rhea noticed imediatley when something was wrong, Rhea turned and kneeled infront of Danielle,
"Dani? You okay?" Rhea asked, Zaric whimpered

She was unconscious, some nerve in her body had gone wrong and shut down her brain when it couldn't heal it. Her arms, that were tense and rigid, went limp and fell into her lap.

Rhea stared at Danielle with frightened eyes and rolled her off her lap and lay her on her back on the ground,
~Zaric, Ask Alec if he's still able to talk to her!~ Rhea ordered, Zaric turned towards Alec and Rhea awaited and answer.

Alec had scurried up to her and was on her, his back legs on her lap and his front legs on her shoulders, looking at her neck, where the worst scar was. ~She's barely responding! I can only hear murmurs!~ he cried, panicked, ~This hasn't happened in forever!~

Zaric turned to Rhea and repeated what Zaric had said,
~Ask Alec what he did to help her when it happened before!~ Rhea ordered Zaric and again waited, staring fearfully at Danielle.

Alec got down and scampered to her other side, not looking at them. ~We were alone when it happened last time! I just laid her down and waited with her!~ he was frantic now. ~She woke up a few days later...~ Danielle saw the gray room... the horrible room. Her hands tied back with steal chains, the man in she shadows stalking her. It was the only time she had been truly afraid...but she wasn't allowed to show it. She had gone completely still in present time though, her face completely blank, her rising and falling a little slower.

Zaric translated and Rhea shook her head,
~He just waited?! There must be something we can do!~ Rhea paused, ~Ask him if theres something we can do that would help even a little~

~Well, what could I do?!? I'm barely the size of her arm!~ he snapped. Danielle's head fell to the side against the wall and her hand twitched...the man took a dagger from his belt and pressed it to her neck, drawing blood slightly. 'You are going to tell me...and tell me now' she winced, feeling the blade cut into her skin slowly. 'How bout, NOT' she replied through her teeth, looking into his eyes with hatred.

Rhea fidgitted with the bracelet around her wrist,
'I can help her!' Rhea thought to herself,
~Asked Alec is he knows whats going on in her mind right now~ Rhea said and bit her lip, close to tears.

~I'm 99 percent sure it's...when she was tortured...~ Alec was also close to tears too. ~That was the first time she cried... it's the worst thing that's ever happened to her.~ ...Danielle was now bleeding all over her clothed, her face full of cuts and bruises. 'Do you plan to keep on going?' 'D*** right I do' the knife slid down her back, the tip grazing her skin as the cloth was cut. 'Really? Are you sure?' his voice slurred like a snakes.

Rhea shook her head, beginning to get a little angry with herself. Rhea felt useless.
"Then we need to do something that will convince her that its not actually happing again," Rhea said thinking aloud. Rhea swore and grabbed a bucket, cursing to herself under her breath. When Rhea returned to the warehouse, Danielle had moved slightly, Zaric and Alec were watching with fright and Rhea had the bucket full of water.
In a desperate attempt to wake Danielle Rhea tipped the bucket of water over her.

The tip of the knife had just drew blood when suddenly, she felt cold...and wet. The sudden jolt of water, shook the scene and she opened her eyes. The scars still throbbed and were opening slightly, drips of blood running down her back and neck. "Wha?..." she started stopped as she felt her eyes fill and she remembered the dark room. "Oh, Rhea, I'm so sorry about that." she said, looking up into the girl's stricken eyes.

Rhea was shaken and tears began to fall from her eyes,
"Are you okay?" Rhea asked, her voice shook uncontrolably.(sp?)
