Fields

"Im sorry, You've gotten in trouble," Rhea said, still a little nervous yet not noticably.

"It's alright. I don't know how he found out..but I am worried that he will do everything to keep me as far away as possible from every women in this village and in Cahoon...." He sighed, trying to be happy about being....'with'.....Tyler.....but it was hard.

Rhea sighed,
"Yeah..." Rhea said slowly "Jarlon is just being protective, In a way he's taken us all under his wing and he doesn't want anyone hurt. If he thinks that someone is moving too fast and someone could get hurt then he's obviously going to try everything to eliminate that possible hurt,"

He smiled and closed his eyes, then opened them again.
"Yeah, you're right." He looked up and braced his arms. He swung and then jumped, and landed on his feet. He smiled and looked up at her.
"Coming?" He chuckled.
"I am going to head back to the house and rest awhile."
He held out his arms showing he would catch her.

Rhea smiled but shook her head and jumped off the branch gracefully,
"Lets go," Rhea smiled, heading back to the house.

I heard him snarl back at am and all I wanted to do was show him what I was really made of.
(jarlon doesn't know by the way....how would he?!) I continued on to the fields for my temper would not allow me to stop at a bruise it would only end with death for death i what I was good at. Eventually he would find out who I really was and think twice about threatening me. My knife traveled faster than his tongue could and I knew that all to well.

I sat down on the edge of the field out of sight and threw an angry fire ball at the irrigation ditch leaving a burn mark around the water as it disapated. Extreme anger raged through me, only anger that I felt before I killed. He just didn't understand the position he was in. As he knew he was one of those cocky little guys who thought they ruled the world. Oh boy did he have alot to learn. I felt horrible for letting Rhea see that. I frowned and leaned back on my hands and thought about everything and anything. Then I worried about Mika, was she ok?!

----------------Rhea's House

Bardon jogged to the fields, feeling good today. He stopped to rest by a tree, when he saw Jarlon sitting by the ditch. He grumbled and rolled his eyes.
'Great, now I have to face him.' He thought angerly.

I saw Bardon running by. I didn't let it bother me. I just acted as nothing had happened "Hey" I said softly

Bardon raised an eyebrow and sat down next to Jarlon.
"Hi." He said, cautisouly.
~Don't get yourself into any trouble, boy.~

"How the fields doing?" Bardon asked, trying to start a conversation besides what happened yesterday.

"Fine" I said briefly as I threw a rock into the flowing water.

Bardon picked up a piece of straw and stuck it in his mouth.
He sighed.
"I'm sorry about yesterday...about what happened...." He said, keeping his eyes on the water, putting his hands on the ground behind him and leaning back.

I looked at him from the corner of my eye and just sighed and nodded.

Bardon put his head down, twirling the straw in his mouth.
"What did I do wrong?" He asked, wanting to know.

"Lets not talk about it, shall we" I raised my eyebrows and got up and walked to the field where I saw a few corn husks coming in and on the otherside where it was more dense and not so moist where the weat was nice and thick.

Bardon stood and followed him.
"Look, I want to fix what ever I have done. You are my village leader and I want to talk about this with you." He said with a cool tone to his voice.

"You know, last night you didn't prove to me that you could follow your village leader, last night you only proved to me that you were an over sensitive bully" I locked my jaw a little "Lets just forget about it, It's not a good day for me to be in a bad mood" I could feel every muscle in my body tighten up. I wasn't used to confrontation and wanted to keep it cool. My body was made for bruit force not gentle conversations

Bardon's jaw muscle tightened.
"I can prove myself to follow." He said, almost through clenched teeth. He let out a long sigh.
"You can forget about it. I doubt I will though." He said, taking the piece of straw from his mouth and tossing it on the ground, spinning around and headed back to the irragation ditch.

"What's that supposed to mean? Are you trying to be ignorant?" I asked confused

He stopped in his tracks.
"No, I'm not." He turned around to face him.
"I just want to fix everything I have ever done." He said in a cool tone.

"well honestly right now the best way to fix it is to drop it. I'm sorry I snaped at you yesterday but i'm not good with confrontation" I said and left it at that. Imatari sat at the edge watching us with her large blue eyes

Bardon looked at him for a long moment, and then nodded.
"I accept, and I apologize for my attitude." He wanted to say, "Because everywhere I go I get accusied for the same thing." but he held himself back. Tunani sat beside him, watching the white tiger.

Imatari nodded with approvel and twitched her tail. "Thank you" I replied tastefully.
