Again I quickly rolled on my side "Technically? What do you mean?" I asked as i almost unfoladed the story of my scars

Mika coughed "Um...well..I was kinda sent here as a spy. I was sent to find Sloan, Danielle....and Jarlon. I needed a cover to show I was settling in." she sighed "One of the men in Cahoon was kind to me so I choose him. I figured if it went as far as marriage that I would be able to learn to love him. He...was killed in a stampede about 5 months ago. The other was my betrothed back in the new world." she said softly.

"So Jarlon was the, 'technically'" I tried to smile. What was i thinking...she loved my brother, why would she ever care for me. "I loved once and only once. She was a pretty blonde with hazel eyes." I plopped on my back again "Smart, funny, as quick witted as I was, was able to keep up with me if not out do me. Only person I knew that could." I sighed at the funny memories "Then...one day people came looking for Jarlon, cloaked riders. They took her and kept me behind beating me. I finally broke loose and went after her. I killed them with my bare hands but not without getting my own battle scars. Falicity Died in my arms that night. I got so angry that went out looking for a fight. Bloodied face it wasn't hard for the cloaked soldiers to find me. They took me to their master and he tortured me for days trying to figure out where Jarlon was. Truth is, I didn't know, nore did I care. He left all of us...So he left me to die in a dessert across the ocean. That's where I found Kenai, he was the first good thing to happen to me. The rest of the story is boring and meaningless. I don't see well out of this eye, however...sometimes....I see things. Not sure if they are blurred vissions or something else. I tolled myself I'd never love again....but now...I am having second thoughts" I turned my head to look at her. "That was dumb...gah listen to me" I snarled as fire rose in my eyes. I pulled back "Woah...."

Mika looked at him confused. "No..I loved Jarlon..even more than my betrothed in the new world" she said trying to be patient with him. "Aaden was the technically..." she said softly "I let Jarlon closer to me than I have willingly," she emphasized the word " let anyone else" She laid back and listened to his story. "I'm sorry" she said softly "no one should have to see their love die in their arms" she looked up suddenly and blushed at his comment. She smiled as he discovered a power from the amulet. "kinda sneaks up on you doesn't it?"

"What love? Or this?" I asked as I brought up my hand that was holding a fire ball. I gasped and quickly shook my hand and fell back with a loud sigh

Mika stiffled a giggle "both, hmm so I wonder what powers you have...obviously fire. See I have ice.." she said and she brought her hand in front of her and made ice crystals form on her fingertips. Then she playfully placed them on his neck and giggled.

Chills ran up my neck and cheek as I swolled hard and my throat vibrated as I laughed and curled up on my side. I looked up at her and smiled before stretching out again "Man that's cold....fire and ice....not exactly compatible are they" I smiled "You are somethin else" I shook my head a little as dried weat fell from it.

Mika smiled "hmm both can either help or harm the other." she said quietly. She cocked her head to the side and laughed softly. "Why do you say that?" she asked

"True" i nodded in agreement
"Well...lets see...one, you don't back down from anything. You can make me smile NO matter what, you are so kind, and.....I don't know can't place my finger on it." I smiled a big smile, but the one scar hindered my lip from fully rising. Feeling it stretch I quickly stopped smiling and back to my usual look. I licked my lips where it had been stretched a bit far but still couldn't help planting a smirk on my face. "Spose we should head back before we 'hurt' one another?"

Mika smiled and looked down before looking back up. "Perhaps one day I will tell you why I am that way.." she said quietly. Her eyes danced slightly before she blushed and smiled. "ah yes I suppose we should. We both have much work to do" she sighed and in one swift motion was on her feet from lying flat on her back. She smiled and offered him a hand.

Instead of showing off like I usually would i handed her my hand and put more weight on it than usually would and let her help me up. "Well I look forward to that day...may I know when?" I smirked. Still holding on to her hand I spun her around and then let her go. "I'll be to the warehouse soon. I have something I need to do" I winked and began to walk towards the town hall where I had left all my stuff.

Mika smirked "Nope" she giggled "although we still do have a ride before winter" Mika laughed as he spun her and then nodded "Look forward to seeing you" she said shyly. She then flashed him a smiled and morphed into a beautiful doe before blinking at him and bounding out of the wheat field.

"Name the time and place..." I smiled and blushed at her comment about looking forward to seeing me. Did she mean that? Now it was really time for me to be alone with what I did best and what I enjoyed most...

Arya walked over the fields to the tree she had always loved to sit
under. She wasn't cold, although she was wearing only t-shirt and short jeans.
She let out a loud call, like Eagles cry in the mountains. Her soft voice trembled of emotions.
She breathed deeply. Now she felt much better althought memory of Salem and his last words had haunted her all night.
She leaned her back against the tree and looked at the sunset. From one
side, the dark forest, sky was still deep dark blue. In the East, above
the plain, it smoothly went to light pink and orange, framed by dark
contours of the Mountains.
Grass covered with morning dew tickled her bare feet. First sunbeams of the new
day highlighted her skin. Light wind stroke her face. Her long dark red
hair waved in slight breeze. Slight smile played on her lips.

After a while Arya started to get back again. She felt much better after that half an hour away from people.

Arya sat under that tree again. Espero was making his evening toilet next to her.
Arya sighted.
In her head was going on a big and wrathful battle.

'It's exactly the same again. Why do I have to like that dang guy? He
doesn't even look good. Well ok. He does look good. And so? I don't
even know his d@rn personality. Dammit. Well, I lost. So just forget.
Heard that? I lost, just forget. What.... I'm talking to my head?
Ooooh great.
What am I supposed to do?
He doesn't even like me.

She looked in the sky.

~"He has come up alongside you and is there for you." My problem is, no one has ever came up alongside me.~
~Seriously? What about Salem and Bardon?~
~Salem is... gone.~ Arya closed her eyes and sighted. ~Bardon is a big brother who likes Tyler.~
~Pierce?~
~She likes Rial and.... hey, don't you think I should realize who this right one is when I run into him?
I'm the lone walker, the night wanderer. I'm a lonely eagle who cries
to the mountains, to only hear echo answer.~ She turned her face away.
~Yeah, ok, very nice, I always wondered why you didn't want to be a writer.~
Arya smirked a bit but it faded quickly.
~Ok, I'll just leave it. I can't deny Mika and Saron love each other...
so I'll just... go on as always~ she said with her voice almost
breaking.

The albino stallion trotted up to arya and Espo. ~Pierce doesnt like Rial...~ He said very pointedly. ~he's Nearly 8 years older than her.~ He told the Black cat.

Espero yawned and got up, looking in Arya's eyes.

Espero yawned again stretched his back and walked to Rio. He purred and hopped on his back.

~Ahhh Rio, exactly as I remember.~ he smiled.

He nipped playfully at the cats tail before replying. ~He's Nearly 25, and he wouldnt waste his time on a silly little girl... He needs a woman...~ He said halfheartedly. He just wanted the best for Pier. ~Pierce never really Has had the interest. He likes to think of himself as a loner. But a good woman would help him~

Espero smirked.
~Hm what do you mean by a good women? confident, gentle, playful, daydreamin'?~

~Someone who can teach him that love isnt a bad thing....~ He said flipping his mane thoughtfully.

Espero purred thoughtfully.
~Well Rial seems to be a kinda reasonable girl actually. I like her. How old is she at all?~

~17 from what I understand. Way to young for pierce. She's merely a child...~ He said knowing thatespo was listening even though he couldnt see the black cat.

~Hm you are right, a bit young.... well are kinda matchmakers are we not~ he laughed.
~Uh, I can't understand women at all. They just fall in love with a random guy comin' up and say 'oh now I feel he is the right one' or something like that~ he laughed.
