With Koda still perched on my shoulder we reached the outskirts of the village. With a Deep breath she stepped in and looked around. Wow, I wonder what happened to Everyone She thought "Hellllllllooooo...hellooooo, helllooo." Her voice echoed off the abondened walls of a once bustling town. "Anyone here...herrre,herre....hmmm guess not" She shrugged waiking her owl.

~sorry~ She shrugged again ~sorry again~ She giggled

"Hey...ya we are here" I grinned as she walked closer, She had an incredible figure but most of all the owl impressed me. "I'm Jarlon," I offered my hand "and this is Imatari"

She trotted over to him her long hair bouncing behind her. "Pleasure to meet you, Jarlon...my name is Arora and this Koda" She said as the owl opened his bright yellow eyes and nodded softly. The white tiger caught her eye. "Wow...what an animal" Her eyes widened as she looked Imatari Over..."Magnificent"

"Why thank you, your owl is rather impressive himself, herself?" I wanted to clear that up as to not offened the creature.

----------------> From Rhea's house

Rhea spotted Jarlon and the new girl chatting and Rhea walked over and stood by his side,
"Hey there," Rhea said, smiling at the new girl, "My name is Rhea, I'm not to late for introductions am I?"
Rhea laughed and then turned to Jarlon,
"Sorry I was so out of it last night, I haven't been sleeping well recently,"

I turned to Rhea and smiled "No it's ok really...I understand." My eyes wondered past her head towards the hill and forest.....

Rhea grinned and then turned to follow his gaze,
"What are you looking at?" Rhea asked

Still not averting my eyes I staired at the hill "I wonder....Wonder what's over that hill and through the forest....Wanna do some more exploring?" I playfully raised my eyebrows at her...

Zaric bolted out of the house and straight between Rhea's legs causing Rhea to fall
~Why didn't you wake me?~ Zaric hissed
Rhea laughed, standing up again
~You know I love exploring!~ Zaric growled again
~I know, You just looked so tired though, Zar~ Rhea replied

"Exploring, Of course, Im up for anything!" Rhea said to Jarlon

"Alright!" I proclaimed and took her hand "lets go then!" Together we ran to the trees Imatari stopped and looked around. ~Everything clear?!~ I asked carefully
~Yup just double checking~
"K it's clear" I smiled and let go of her hand as we slowly made our way through the forest till we reached a hill.....

..........Cahoon.....pasture

Arya walked out.
Phoenix neighed silently seeing Arya and Rhea come out. Espero, little black cat, walked to Phoenix and hopped on Phoenix' back, purring loudly.
"Hehe look at these two - boys in black" Arya chuckled.
Phoenix was small for a friesian horse, only 11.9 hands, but he seemed quicker and better in stamina than usual friesian. He had worn bridle, old saddle and a saddle bag on his back.

Rhea looked at the horse silently, stunned at his beauty. Rhea invulentarily walked towards the black horse and stroked Phoenix's neck.
"Wow," Rhea said stunned, "I've never seen horse's like this before, this..." Rhea drifted off,
"Where did you get him? Horse's as beautiful as this don't come from thin air,"

Rhea was breathless.
"But the 48 hours, no sleep thing is killing me, I should get some sleep," Arya said, Rhea nodded,
"Yeah, you should," Rhea sighed, Arya hoped onto Phoenix and rode off,
"Cya later," Arya called as she rode off toward some trees, obviously prefering to use something else as shelter then one of the other homes. Rhea laughed and waved to Arya before heading back to speak with Jarlon.

Phoenix bended his neck when Rhea stroke him.
"Oh he likes you" Arya smiled. "Well... it's my uncle's horse actually. He had a Friesian mare. She used to wander around the house without any bridle or saddle, but in the evening uncle always tied her near to the house. One evening uncle just forgot to tie her up, and next day she was gone! She came back herself a few days later, but after a few months we discovered she was pregnant. When the foal born, uncle thought Phoenix won't make good horse and wanted to sell him, but I persuaded him to keep the foal as long as I take care of it myself. Uncle acquiesced, I brought Phoenix up and well, here we are" she laughed.

"Cya later" she called, waved back and went to find a place to stay.

Soon Arya found an old little house, witch seemed to be a bit better
preserved than other houses. She tied Phoenix to the veranda railing
and went to explore the house. She found one warm corner, unfolded her
mat and fell fast asleep.

A few hours later Arya woke up.

~How long did I sleep?~ she asked Espero.
~Hm.... a few hours, you should get some more sleep.~
~Oh?~ Arya nodded absent-mindedly and yawned. ~Yeah, later. I think I'll go and explore a bit.~

She got up and wandered away. (lol)

..............Rhea's house

I walked around the abondened town and found another destroyed house. The walls were crumbling and all the windows had fallen out. I thought I hurd something inside so I peaked around the door. The thoughts of the dream slipped away as suddenly as the racoon digging through the jars. I manuvered from room to room when I got into one that looked like a bedroom. I stepped in and tripped over a piece of wood. It exposed a doll. I picked it up and the memories rushed back again. I walked out of the room with the doll in my hand and sat on the front step leaning against the wall.

Mika softly walked into the village. She didn't know how she was going to apologize to him. She wasn't good at apologizes. She took a deep breath and her stomach turned again. She felt like throwing up. 'Why in the world do I feel like this?' she growled to herself. She sat down for a minute in the cool grass right outside the village to catch her breath and calm her stomach.

I thought I heard rustling of leaves. In the dark my sences seemed to always increase. I waited and listened as I watched the stars move on by.

Mika finally felt well enough to move again and she shakily got up. She stumbled a few feet before nausea over took her again and she stumbled to the ground. 'This was a bad idea..' she scolded herself. 'To come at night..and then without Whisper? Hadn't she learned her lesson not 3 months ago with the crossing? She needed Whisper for protection..' she gave off a soft whimper and curled up into a fetal position on the grass. No one would find her till morning and the nausea was to intense to get up.

After making several wishes on shooting stars I figured it was time to head back to the house were sleeping in. Of course I wasn't really ready yet but figured it best. However, instead of going the way I came I decided to go the long way. I kicked rocks as I went and then noticed something, no wait someone laying in the road up ahead. "hello?" I said coutiously. My walk then turned into a run as I noticed it was Mika. "what are you doing here and are you ok?" I asked worriedly

Mika heard Jarlon's voice and she chanced a hope. She uncurled slightly and looked up at him. "I..I came to apologi..." another wave of nausea hit her. Her eyes widened slightly and she placed a hand on her stomach. "but now I'm not feeling so good" she finally got out. There was slight bit of sweat on her forehead from the nausea.

I was afraid of what it might be I wanted to keep my distance but something told me no. As I felt a rain drop hit my bare shoulder I put an arm under her leg and one under her arm and under the other. "Here it's starting to rain" I picked her up and held her close. She was a little heavier than she looked but It was just fine. I carried her into the warehouse

Mika let him pick her up. She was uncomfortable with him being that close, but she didn't really have much of a choice. So she just froze in place as he carried her. Her eyes were still a bit wide.

Arya walked outside. Her feet didn't make any noise. She walked gracefully like a cat.
Arya stopped, closed her eyes and let waterdrops fall on her face. She
loved the smell of rain. She stood there a few minutes, feeling how her
energy, what she had lost, came back.
Arya opened her eyes. She felt more self-confident she had felt since she came to the village.
'Hm.... and now, we are going to see if there is some use of what
father taught me" she said to herself, smiling, and wandered back to the village.
