I pulled the guitar over my head as the strap brushed against my hair making the front stand on end. I rolled over the pot that she had stubbed her toe on and sat on it. I cocked my heel on the edge of it and brought the guitar up and cleared my throat a couple of times and began to strum the strings. I rocked back and forth to the rythem and then started to sing with my eyes closed before opening them to look at her. I watched her eyes as i played using the best voice I could (listen to world by five for fighting for the effect)

As I finished the song I drew the words out and played a few more notes before finished and resting my chin on my guitar to look at her.

Mika pulled her legs up and listened resting her chin on her knees. A smile played on her lips as she closed her eyes and listened. She had never heard anything so beautiful. She listened to the words and the feeling behind them. Gently nodding her head to the rythem of the music. When he finished her eyes slowly opened and she looked at him. "That was beautiful" she said quietly

I gave off a happy chuckle "You liked it? It's a very meaningful song actually. Been working on it for a long time." I said putting the guitar on it's end. I shifted my eyes down the guitar and then back up at mika and still couldn't help but smile. As I tried to hide it dimples in my cheeks were exposed. I quickly wiped it away "Sorry" i laughed

Mika nodded her head "I liked it alot, I can tell." she smiled. Her eyes wandered his face a little and she smiled as him trying to hide smile brought out his dimples. It only made him look cuter. She cocked her head to the side her long hair falling softly along her back. "Why?" she asked why he was sorry.

Arya silently like a cat walked towards the open door, quickly wiping
tears away. She stepped in and looked around. Her heart ached.
"Oh. Sorry. I just... sorry" she said quietly and blushed harder she
ever had. She quickly stepped out of the room.

Mika quickly looked up. "Arya" she said quietly. "I'll be right back" she said to Saron. She quickly got up and ran after Arya "Arya? Arya.." she gently touched her shoulder "what's wrong?"

Arya smiled sadly.
"Nothing. I'm... i'm ok."

Mika looked at her and smiled shaking her head. "No you aren't...now tell me...please?" She asked as she gently led Arya farther into the building away from Saron.

Arya sighted and closed her eyes, leaning her head back against the wall.
"I just... I'm used to live on my own, fight on my own, get over
everything on my own, well, be on my own shortly. But these last
months... i've found friends. You, Mika, are like a sister to me. it
all happens so fast. people die.... she groaned and covered face with
hands.

Mika listened carefully. She smiled when Arya said that she was like a sister. "I know.." she said softly "I have had people dying around me almost all my life and I am still not used to it, but I don't think we should get used to it...we aren't supposed to. But Arya...life goes on...everyday is a gift. Don't waste it. When..when we try and try and still can't find happiness in something..it doesn't mean we won't be happy..it just means we find another way to be." Mika gently brushed away a few tears "When Jarlon died I wanted nothing else than to die right then as well..but I couldn't. I still have a destiny to live out. As do you...everything happens for a reason" Mika said gently.

Arya smiled.
"Yes everyday is a gift. Sorry about that. I'm much more weak it seems
inside. Sometimes I just... well, let's say reason wonders away" she
laughed a bit.
"Seeya l... someday" she smiled sadly.

Mika laughed "you would be surprised how weak I am inside. I am not the strong person that I project. Maybe someday what I am and what I project will be the same person" she said quietly. "Don't worry...Arya one day you will find someone that will be more than a friend, but...let him find you" Mika said quietly "live your life as you would...and one day you will realize that he has come up alongside you and is there for you"

Arya turned her face away.
"I wish... Well, seeya tomorrow Mika" she smiled to her.

Mika looked at her confused but watched her leave. Suddenly she had a thought..Arya was rescued by Saron...she liked him...Mika sighed 'why do I always like the guys that they do? I tried a different kind of guy it didn't work...' Mika bit her lip and shook her head. 'Well I am back in the same predicament that I was in with Jarlon...I deny him and my own feelings and we get hurt and it doesn't work anyway...I don't deny them and let them do what they will and the other girls get hurt..' Mika wanted to scream. 'Why is life so complicated?' she sighed

Mika sighed and walked back to where Saron was sitting. She gave him a small smile and sat down again resting her head on the wall. She sighed again.

"For smiling all the time. When I am around you I can't stop smiling, no matter what I do. Either I'm laughing at you or with you" I laughed again "Oh ok....Hi arya" I waived. As I waited I played a few more songs
She came back in and leaned against the wall. "Everything ok?" I looked at her confused

Mika smiled "That's not something to be sorry for, you make me smile to...I needed that" she said quietly. She sighed "Oh Arya is....Arya" she chuckled. Mika put her head in hands and brought her hands up smoothing back her bangs. "I don't really know how to help her" Mika sighed. "Some things...tend to repeat themselves no matter how hard we try to avoid them"

"Well I'm glad I can put a smile on your face...I just hope I can put on there" I said pointing at where her heart beat. "WHy what do you mean?"

Mika smiled slightly "That could take a while" she sighed. She looked at him and then tried to figure out how to word it. "Well..you know I liked Jarlon very much and then we loved each other...well...what you may or may not know is that Arya and Rhea liked him very much to. He liked them but...more like sisters." Mika bit her lip "That is why I haven't told either of them how much Jarlon and I like each other" she said and looked away. She thought about the baby 'they will find out soon enough' she thought.

"I see.....repeat?" I thought I new but I wanted to hear her say it.

Mika looked up and swallowed slightly. "I uh think Arya is upset with me cause well I uh....." 'don't make me say it' she thought "like you" she coughed " and I think she does to" Mika gave him a nervous smile before looking down again her face beet red. 'I've just ruined it..I know I have..' he mind was screaming.

I put a hand up to my ear with a grin and turned my ear to her "i'm sorry i don't think I heard you" I grinned

Mika blushed even more and glared at him slightly. "I like you" she coughed again this time a little louder. "And I think Arya does to..thus.." Mika brought her hands together and "splashed" them off the other "clash" she said quietly

"Thouth that's what you said" I chuckled and blushed a little. I had to make light of the situation some how. "Arya likes me?" I asked in a smart alleck way as if what she said about herself didn't matter, but it matter more than she could imagine.
