Ronan, and Pierce walked out towards the forest. Malek said he would join them in a few minutes. Ronan grabbed some of his measuring and cutting tools from his wagon and they headed out. "So Pierce...We haven't really gotten to talk" He smiled looking up at the tall man. "Where you from?"

He smiled at The mans good nature.
"Ireland" He said with a smile.
"But I'm sure you cuold tell that" He said, meaning from his accent.

Malek came running and skidded to a stop, almost running into a tree.
"Woops....*huff huff*...sorry I was....*huff huff*....doing something...*huff huff..." He said, bending down with his hands on his knees.

"Aye, I thought it was somewheres around there" he chuckled "What brings you? Just looking for adventure?" he asked as he looked around at some of the trees. He smiled when he found one that had just fallen less than a month ago and hadn't been eaten by bugs yet. "This one looks good" he motioned and started measuring and marking the wood where it would need to be cut. He looked up when he saw Malek "Hey man" he said cheerfully "no problem" he laughed "here wanna hold this string here?"

He looked up and nodded, his mouth slightly open as he tried to catch his breath. He stood up straight and grabbed the string, still trying to catch his breath.

He followed Ronan's directions.
"I was looking for Salem." He said, with a sad Half smile.
"I'm his cousin."

Ronan chuckled and pulled the string tight, measuring out a length long enough for a main frame of a bed. Ronan looked up. "Oh I'm sorry" he said quietly. "But at least something good came of it"

Malek held the string and got distracted by his thoughts again. He had never gotten this distracted since his fiance's death. Since then, he had always been the type of guy that would be up and ready to do something. But now that Arya was in his life, his mind was full of her.

He nodded with a thoughtful smile at Ronan.
"Yes. we are all lucky men" He said, thinking about rial.

Ronan marked the spot and then pulled the string to measure another spot. He saw Malek staring of into space. "Earth to Malek..." he said with a chuckle. He nodded "That we are. Ok start cutting there...we'll need this section of wood" He directed and offered the saw to Pierce while trying to measure the second mark.

He shook his head and nearly let go of the string.
"Wha...?" He smacked his forehead with his palm and shook his head.
"Not again..." He mumbled.

Pierce Quickly sawed throug the wood, and tossed it onto the wagon, tiny beads of sweat dripping off his face.

Ronan chuckled "Happens to the best of us...I don't even want to think about it Rhea left for a few weeks" he jokingly shuddered. He measured the second mark and stood back as Pierce sawed holding the wood steady. "Ok..that should be one or two beds...lets see if we can find a few more.."

He nodded and almost let his head hang, but instead moved on with Ronan and Pierce.
"Man, we are all grown men, but I feel like a child again." He chuckled slightly, stepping over a tree root sticking out of the ground.

"Women do that" Ronan laughed "they make us act like little boys again...about as stupid sometimes to" he muttered. "I guess we are cute when we are twitterpated...only way any women would be fool enough to promise to spend the rest of their lives with us.." he sighed.

"I have some woodI brought too. Its going into the house I'm buildint though." He said with a grin.

He shrugged.
"Hey what can I say? When I was with my fiance back in my old village, I was more like a child than anyone! She treated me like a little kid!" He laughed and almost tripped over a rotten log.
"I think I just have that 'natural charm'." He said through his laugh, making quotation marks with his fingers.

Ronan nodded "no keep that..you'll need it this spring I bet" he grinned He looked over at Malek tripping over the root. "Haha you would not have even wanted to see me lately..." he shook his head thinking about him and Rhea "fighting" over his hat several days ago. "but we love them...and they love us for some strange reason." He spotted another tree. "here this one looks good. We'll do this one and then with these two and some wood left over from the barn and fences we should be able to throw together some beds" he smiled

He nodded.
"Sounds good." He walked over to the tree and helped measure.
"Yeah I know. It's strange. We love them, but we can't figure why they love us, even when we fight. It's like 'I don't understand.' They tell you they're leaving, but end up coming back. Strange thing, those women are." He chuckled and watched Pierce saw the tree.

He smiled. Could this really be home? He wondered.

Ronan smiled "I know..but I think that is why we like them..cause they love us know matter what..even when we are jerks" he laughed and sighed. He helped saw the second log and then helped lift it into the wagon. "Ok..that should do it..now lets go by the lumber pile and see what we can find.

"Sounds good." He sighed and chuckled slightly.
"Yeah I'll have to agree on that one." He said, shaking his head slightly.

They went to the lumber pile and found many good boards. ~Ok Tasha lets take this home~ Tasha nickered and started pulling the wagon back to Vandecar. The guys walked along side. "Hey guys is it just me or are Mika and Saron getting more friendly?" Ronan asked causually
