Bardon jogged back to the house and found Jarlon outside. He sighed as he stopped and put his hands on his knees.
He walked up to him casually.
"Jarlon? I am ready for the funeral. Just...letting you know." He told him, sounding tired and depressed.

"Then lets do it!" I said softly while walking forward.

Bardon blinked, wide eyed. He shrugged and walked over to the coffin, shoulders slumped. He put the top on it.
Adreo stood with straps tied to him that would be attached to the coffin to drag it.
Bardon strapped on the coffin and swung up on Adreo.
"You can follow if you want. You don't have to." He mumbled over his shoulder to Jarlon, heading off into the direction of the forest.

I wasn't going to get into it with him today. I tolled myself. Despite everything it was going to be a good day. I followed him to the forest where the graveyard was.

Bardon rode Adreo to the house and swung off of him.
~Tunani, Takyia, lets go.~ He called to the two animals. Now Takyia was his.

He walked inside and fell down onto his bedroll in the kitchen. He rolled over and looked up, looking at the ceiling.
"Why me....why me..." He gasped. He reached up to his chest with a shaky hand and touched the silver heart and fell into a deep sleep.

(can only have one animal....might have to just release tak to the wild lie aaden did)

Chaya had watched the two funerals and was saddened at the deaths that had visited these villages once again. She knew Bardon was going to try to change villages. She decided to go talk with him before accepting him in. She went invisable and then reappeared outside the door. She knocked softly on it.

Bardon jerked awake at the sound of a soft knock.
'Tyler?' He thought.
"Come in." He said loudly.

Chaya softly opened the door and stood waiting for him to acknowlege her. They had never actually met before but still she knew his name. "Hello Bardon" she said gently

Bardon raised an eyebrow and sat up, looking at the strange girl.
"Hello. Who are you?" He asked, sitting up slowly.

She smiled "I am Chaya, Athara's sister. I am the elder of Cahoon. A...little birdy told me you might be joining us"

Bardon nodded.
"Yeah I might be...Jarlon doesn't seem to be apprectiating what I do around here, so I told him I was going to move into Cahoon with Tyler..." He stopped and turned his head, looking over at the other wall.

Chaya raised an eyebrow 'A bit of an atitude' she made a note to herself "Hmm..don't you should talk with the village elder before changing villages? You were all placed in your village because of each villagers skills and weaknesses. It wasn't chance" she said as she crossed her arms.

"I know, but when a village leader doesn't want to solve problems with his villagers, then something should be done." He retorted.
"I was going to come talk to both of you today also. I didn't think you would come here..." He told her with icyness in his voice.

Chaya raised an eyebrow, she didn't like his tone. "Mind your tone boy" she said with a dangrously quiet voice. "Now...what problems?" she asked with a soft voice again

Bardon frowned and stood up, shaking.
"I help around here, and he goes and accuses me of everything. My past, my present, my future! He says I don't help, he says that I use women for one purpose, he says a whole bunch of crap that is a lie!"
He stopped when he realized he was yelling.

Chaya frowned this was just escalating. Normally she would have calmed the subject by a spell or some type of paralyzing agent but she decided to wait. Instead she cocked her head and he was suddenly sitting down in a chair that had appeared. "hush" she said quietly "Now...Jarlon was chosen partly because of his protective instinct. At times he sees danger when it is not there but it is better than not seeing it when it is there. He is just trying to protect the women of the villages which is commendable. Now...please..Calmly tell me what story he has heard that would make him think you are a danger" She said with slightly narrowed eyes.

He all of the sudden was sitting in a chair and looked up at her. He gaffed at her.
"Story? Haven't you heard?!" He felt himself quiet and looked at Chaya.
"He heard about what happened to me three years ago in a tavern. I hate to bring it up again, so just accept the fact that I have done something that would change how everyone sees me!" He knew he was yelling.
"I haven't done anything wrong." He stood up, looking at her.
"I love Tyler. She loves me. I haven't hurt her. I haven't touched her like Jarlon thinks I will." He hung his head like a little kid getting scolded by his mother.

Chaya raised an eyebrow at his raised voice and inwardly rolled her eyes. When would this....person..learn? She was about to quiet his voice some when he did so anyway. 'Finally' She sighed and listened carefully. "No...I want to hear the story from your point of view" she said softly

"it was all a misunderstanding.....I got drunk in a tavern and my friends made me sleep with a girl ok? That's what happened....."

Chaya nodded "And why would that make people think you only wanted women for that?" she asked. "Did she complain or something?" She didn't understand, it seemed like he wasn't telling her something. She had known lots of guys that had "slept" with girls in bars, it didn't normally affect them like this.
