Town Hall

"Oh probably." He said, looking for a safe place to put Tsume.
"Be back." He walked to his bed in the other room and set Tsume down.
"Now stay here and be good." He said sternly.
~Fine.~ He laid down and watched Malek leave.
"Such a stubborn little thing..." He laughed as he came back.

Kai's eyes fluttered open at the mention of her name, "Hmm?...ahh yes" she smiled just now starting to feel warmer.

Rhea froze,
"What?!" Rhea asked again, her eyes wide with shook, Rhea swallowed slowly and then faked a smile,
"Congratz,"

Zaric glared at Tsume carefully before settling down to sleep again.

Mika looked down again as Rhea asked "What" again. "Thanks..." Mika said quietly "I..uh wasn't going to say anything..I didn't want to take away from your...I mean this is your day coming up I didn't want to steal any..." Mika trailed off 'she's angry..I know it..' mika thought. 'I should have kept my stupid mouth shut..'

"Oh no, It's fine," Rhea fake smiled again, She wasn't mad about 'taking away from her wedding', and she wasn't really mad at Mika either but she was furious at Jarlon. When she met him she thought he was different from all the other guys she had met...but he wasn't. He had always known that Rhea had fancied him and he didn't bother to say a thing about Mika.
Rhea's hand balled into a fist and her knuckles began to turn white, and she held back her tears.

Mika looked up but when her eyes saw Rhea's she knew Rhea was faking. She looked down and saw her fists. "Rhea..I'm sorry..." she said her eyes darting. She swallowed. Rhea looked about ready to kill something. Mika backed away slightly and slowly.

"Rhea? Rhea? Are you alright?" He asked, walking over to her and taking her fists, unballing them. He understood why she was furious.
"Do you want to talk outside?" He asked her, whispering.

Rhea nodded slowly and stood up, she was in an almost Zombie-like state.
She walked to the door and stepped outside with Malek following close behind, as soon as the door was closed, tears poored from Rhea's eyes.

Malek followed Rhea outside and as soon as they were outside, he wrapped his arms around her.
"Rhea...I understand. I know why you are upset. It's alright...it's alright..." He said as he stroked her hair gently.

Mika watched her leave and looked around sadly. "What have I done?" Mika muttered. She buried her face in her hands. She suppressed a sob before standing up and running to her "room". She threw herself on the bed face down and let the tears roll down. "What I have I done? She hates me now...she'll never forgive me..." Mika cried to herself.

Kai looked up at the rising tension, ~This could get b--~ Shiroi stopped as Mika flew from the room, Kai stood up followed Mika to the room, " Excuse us for a moment please" she said to the others.

Kai walked into the room, and then over to the bed. "Mika?...are you ok?" she asked softly. Shiroi walking into the room behind Kai.

Rhea cried into Maleks shoudler and was kinda laughing a little too,
"Ya'know it's almost comical..." Rhea chuckled through her tears, "how many times I have trusted the wrong people," Rhea's laughter soon turned into sobs again.
"I must have broken some record, right?"
"What a jerk he was..." Rhea whispered

Mika just gave off a muffled sob. "She was one of my best friends..now she will hate me" Mika cried.

"No you didn't break a record. You've never made a record." He said, concerned.
"Don't worry. Everything will be fine..." He cooned, huggined her a little bit tighter, feeling her sob into his shoulder.

Kai rushed over the the side of the bed and lifted Mikas' head and laid it into her lap, "Shhh shhh, that's not true.....I'm sure of it" she said brushing her hair from her face.

Rhea continued to cry, "I just can't believe he was that cruel not to say anything..." Rhea whispered, "Who does that?"

Mika sniffed "You saw her..she is furious." Mika cried. She touched her stomach "We..we didn't mean to..we didn't want to hurt anyone. Nothing was supposed to happen...we were breaking it up..and then.." Mika sniffed and more tears rolled down her faces and she sobbed again.

"I don't know, but it sure as hell isn't me or Ronan." He told her, looking at her face and wiping away the tears.
"But can you promise me one thing?" He asked her, knowing this would be hard but it would be a fact of life.

Rhea nodded slowly,
"What..." Rhea asked still furious with Jarlon and what he had done.

"Since...he is...gone...can you forget the past and remember and chersih the future?" This was hard for him to ask, but he knew it had to be done.
"You have Ronan, probably the nicest man I have ever known. Jarlon was a jerk for not telling or asking you anything. Forget him! You've got Ronan! And guess who else you have? Me! Your big brother who is here to protect you!" He hoped this would make her feel better. He half smiled and had both hand on her shoulders.
"Promise?"

Kai did notice that Rhea did look rather angry, but it didn't look like it was aimed towards Mika. "It's ok....it's not your fault" she sighed "things like this happen for a reason....." she tried to comfort Mika as best she could till a tear ran down her own face. suddenly a sharp *KICK* made her gasp in a pain, 'That hurt!' she was about to say but kept her mouth shut as she tired to help Mika.

Rhea took a deep breath and wiped the tears from her eyes, nodding slowly.
"You're right," Rhea said with a smile, "I promise...I don't want to think about him anymore anyway," Rhea laughed

Mika rolled over and sniffed looking at Kai, her face stained with tears. "But..if it wasn't for him this would all be forgotten" Mika sniffed motioning to her belly. 'hey..that sounds like you don't want me...' it said sadly 'no no..that's not what I meant!' Mika thought desperately. She heard Kai gasp and she instincivly put a hand on Kai's stomach. "You ok?" she asked as she wiped the tears from her eyes.

Through a tightly closed jaw she said, "Ya I'm ok...." she lied exhaling slowly. "well right now, you have to worry about....him/her" she nodded towards her belly ".....because you 'do' have to take care of him/her" she looked up at the ceiling and inhaled sharply but as silent as possible. Kai not wanting to spread worries, especially with Mika in her state right then. she looked to the door desperately, "Shiroi!...come here" she forgot to say with her mind.
