"I think I am" she smiled "And yes I would appreciate a hand" she chuckled

i carfully reached over and shyly took Mika's hand into mine ~This is a lot harder than i thought it would be~ i siad to Shiroi at my side now, ~Haha, i told you so.....~ i took a slow step, then looked at Mika, "Ummm i don't know where to barn is....can you point the way?" i asked nervously. Shiroi giggled.

Mika giggled. "Right behind you" she smiled. "Now..where the barn should be?" she turned 90 degrees and pointed to another open area. "Over there. We should probably start taking the wood off and hauling it over..." she pointed to an area about 20 ft from where the new barn sight would be. "there" she smiled

"Oh, so yo-- it's been desided to build another whole barn?" i nodded, "So wood first?" i asked making sure.

Mika nodded. "Well the whole floor falling out from underneath us kinda made the decision" she smiled. "Yes wood first. We'll salvage what we can and then there is more wood in the paddocks."

i smiled "Ok let's get started..." we started to walk slowly i made sure i wasn't going to fast for Mika, i didn't want to wear her out, or get her breathing hard... that wouldn't feel goot with broken ribs. ----Paddocks--->

Mika let Kai help her towards the paddocks. She would show him where the wood was and then they could either start moving that wood over or go back to the barn and start taking off the savable wood.

we finally got inside the barn and I layed down on the hay and completely pulled off my cloak and shirt and looked around "Here" I said giving her my shirt "Put that into some cold water please"

Zirean ran to get a bucket of cold water she worked as quickly as she could. Ringing the shirt she placed it on his side. She stiffled a sob, and walked over to Mithous to cover up her tears.

"Zirean" I asked as she walked away. I placed a the cold cloth on my abs where the tattoo lay and had to smile at the coldness made me goose bump up. As she came over I placed a hand on her cheek and wiped off what was left of a tear "What's wrong?" I asked

She sighed "Every time I ever have some one I care about.......well bad things happen to them......and me...."she looked down embarrassed.

"Everything will be fine I prom........care about?" I stopped mid sentence and gave her an goofy look

She blushed and turned away. Too embarassed to speak.

I grabbed her arm as she turned around and pulled her closer to me as I got up and put my arms around her "I'm fine I promise" I said hiding another attack of pain

She stiffled a laugh and a sob at the same time.
Mithous just said ~Yeah and you can't even stop crying.~ He laughed.
~Oh....just...~ She was too worn out to bite back a comment to him.
She burried her head in his chest to hide from Mithous.

Softly I placed a hand on the back of her head. Hiding all my pain. Not only the pain of the tattoo but the awful pain of losing my closest friend. I buried my nose in her hair

She placed her hand on his chest. She said "I forgot to tell you the stranger.......wants to see me at Midnight in the forest. He snuck in while you were with Aryen. He said that if I don't come I'll be dragged there by himself."

I thought for a moment...He disobeyed my orders. "Then you stay in the house with Ken....with Arya" I looked away momentarily hiding a sob. "I will find him, I have a bone to pick with him anyway" I said trying to remain calm, strong, and in control, But inside I was a raging storm, ready to come unglued. This stranger will be sorry he ever breathed the same air as me.

Zirean said "I'm sorry, Seems like I screw everything up. I can never do anything right." She looked up at him.

"Don't say things like that, I don't hardly know you, but I guarantee it's not as bad as you make it in there" I said putting a finger to her head "Now why don't we head inside-it's already night fall, in a few hours i'll head to the woods. Do you mind if I wear your cloak and take your horse? So we don't scare him off before I even get there"

"No, but I really think I should go. Maybe I could teach him a lesson. Besides I am good at swordsmanship. Maybe you should tag, along undercover?And If anything dose go wrong. Well....You'd know what to do then."

I thought about it very briefly "I don't know about that...why don't I just go alone?"

She sighed ~Should I let him Mithous?~ She asked him.
He nodded ~It would probably be best. After what happened here. Definately.~
She scrunched her nose up.
Then shook her head but said "Fine. But I just don't want to loose you."

"Thank you" I smiled and turned her to walk to the town hall. I was still confused about what she meant about those she cared for, and now that she didn't want to lose me.
