Town Hall

Rhea laughed slightly and then stopped herself,
"No, I wasn't," Rhea said, looking down at Kai, still worried about her, "I was mad with Jarlon,"

"but..it wasn't his fault either" Mika said quietly before looking over at Kai. "he..he didn't know about the baby...we..we didn't even know that we really loved each other till that trip...he would have talked with you when we came back" Mika said quietly and looked down hoping her big mouth didn't get her into more trouble.

Kai shifted her light weight to her other side, "I'm ok...." she said out of breath. Shiroi stood up and licked Kai's face. she replied with a slight groan tied with a snicker. ~You surrrrreeee?~ he asked. ~Ya I'm better....I just have to remember to take you with me, everywhere!~ she said.

Rhea froze again, feeling a little guilty. Rhea nodded slowly,
"Yeah... I know... He said he would," Rhea said and wanted to stop talking about him she looked down at Kai.

Mika bit her lip and shut up. She smiled at Kai sadly and then got up and walked to the other side of the room. She hung her head and gently stroked one hand on her belly looking towards the wall.

Ronan has stayed quiet during this all but he watched Mika walk off. He gently placed a hand on Rhea's shoulder. "Go to her" he said gently. "Show her that you are still her friend..hold her...she is going though this without him.." he said softly

Rhea nodded slowly and stood up, walking over to Mika.
"I'm Sorry Mika," Rhea said gently, "I never stopped to think what this might be like for you..."

Mika bit her lips to keep from crying again. "Does...does this still mean we are friends?" Mika asked quietly with a bit of fear in her voice. Mika nodded sadly "Saron is so kind to me..and I...I do love him...but I still miss Jarlon" she sniffled as a tear rolled down her face.

Rhea chuckled slightly,
"Of course we're friends," Rhea said with a warm smile, and placed a hand on Mika's shoulder, and nodded slowly,
"I know..."

Mika couldn't hold back any longer. She reached forward and gave Rhea a big hug. "Oh thank you!" Mika smiled her eyes still glistening with tears. As she gave the hug the baby gave a big double punch. "Oh sorry" Mika blushed and rubbed her stomach trying to calm the baby.

Rhea hugged Mika back and she chuckled slightly,
"Its ok..." Rhea drifted off, "So how far through are you?" Rhea asked

Kai sat up propped on an arm. ~Hey!.....Kai?....what are you doing?!~ Shiroi asked getting up and staying at close to Kai as possible. ~I'm gonna go the the room...need sleep~ She said with a bit of a reassuring smiled. she was about the get up when she stopped she watched the two gals, ~That's good to see.....~ she sighed and smiled at Shiroi.

"About 4 months...the baby is due in may.." Mika said quietly

Rhea smiled, "Have you thought of a name yet? I know Kai's got a name in mind with hers,"

Mika nodded "I have one..if it is a boy...Jason." Mika smiled. "Um...I know Kai and Saron think I am crazy because of this...but...I..I can hear it talk to me...not all the time..but it is like..like a telepathic link. I can carry on a conversation with him..." Mika said with a slightly confused look on her face.

Kai stood with less trouble that she though she would have, "Ughh....this think sure it a pain" she laughed lightly. and stepped to the wall. "Well ladies I think I'll take my leave......" she bowed.

"Thats odd..." Rhea said, "I'm sure you'll find an explanation eventually," Rhea chuckled, "Wait...Jason...As in Jarlon and Saron...only mixed?" Rhea asked with a slight laugh.

Mika smiled and blushed slightly before nodding. "Yes.." she said quietly "you like it?" she asked still a little timidly. This was a totally different Mika from the one that had faced off Stark

Rhea chuckled, "It's cute...A hidden meaning behind the name," Rhea laughed, 'i did much the same thing...' Rhea thought to herslef and laughed again.

Kai shook his head at the gals talking. she smiled and walked to her bed roll on the corner the whole way keep Shiroi close by her side. she laid down with a sigh. she laid there for quiet some time not able to find sleep due to her uneasiness, but after a while she eventually drifted off

Mika smiled "thank you..so um...do you want to keep planning or do you want to head to bed?" Mika asked

"I think, Im gonna call it a night," Rhea chuckled, "Night Mika," Rhea said giving her a quick hug before walking back over to Ronan.

Mika smiled and nodded "See ya first thing tomorrow when you want to start planning again" Mika hugged her back. Mika watched her go and then was about to slip back into her "room" with kai but she really didn't want to sleep alone tonight. She slipped down the hall and when no one was looking slipped up into Saron's hideaway. She snuggled into his blankets up there and hoped he wouldn't be angry at her for sneaking up there. Smelling his scent all around she quickly fell asleep.

(Ronan)

Ronan smiled as he watched the girls make up. He looked around the room and then smiled kindly when Rhea came back over. "All better?" he asked "Ready to call it a night?"

Rhea chuckled, "Yup," Rhea said and walked with him to his bedroom and Rhea quickly fell asleep, snuggled into Ronan's side and Zaric had fallen asleep at the end of the bed.

I walked into the dark town hall as the storm outside had settled and the snow was shifting to the ground. I didn't see Mika anywhere so I headed up stairs. There she was sleeping peacefully. Her beauty radiating off of her. The glow of pregnancy about her. I pushed my cloak back and bent down and kissed her head and brushed her hair.
